Due to a budget cut, the Floyd Branch's operating hours were reduced by 6 hours effective July 1st, 2010.

*The Library is closed on Sundays from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, inclusive.

Holidays
MFRL is closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
The Library observes regular hours on Lee-Jackson Day and Columbus Day.
