The MFRL Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that is governed by a Board. It was established to facilitate fundraising for major building projects, such as the Blacksburg Library renovation in 1995, the Meadowbrook Public Library in 2004, and the upcoming Jessie Peterman Memorial Library expansion.
