This is one of the best dog books I have read. Don't be fooled by the movie, the book is so much better. Yes, it has some sad parts, but it is overall a very complete memoir of a beloved family pet.

This was the most engaging and brilliant read I've experienced all year! Initially drawn by the title, I was richly rewarded with the sincerely and hilariously developed characters who are in the midst of multiple plot twists and entwined in several criminal threads. I've read and enjoyed other titles by Atkinson, but this book is on another level entirely! What an engrossing piece of work!

I don't want to sound like a sick-o, but this book, about a middle-aged man with an amorous penchant for tweenagers, is about the truest love story I've ever read--and I've read quite a few love stories in my day.
    • The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy by Douglas Adams

One of the most Laugh Out Loud funny books I've ever read. If you enjoy Science Fiction and Humor (sadly a rare combination) you owe it to yourself to check out this and Adams's other works.

Seeing as Batman is one of the most conflicted of the super heroes, it's not surprising that a philosophical examination of his life and motivations can yields some interesting revelations.

The funniest book you'll ever read about the Apocalypse. When the Anti-Christ is born, there is a mix-up at the orphanage and he is taken home by a normal family. Hilarity Ensues!
